Order Policies
Special order items require a minimum deposit of 50% at the time of purchase.
Special order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE.
Factory estimated ship times vary per manufacturer and are subject to change.
Merchandise prices of items on your order are subject to audit by our office.
Occasionally there are unusual delays in furniture and fabrics. If a fabric or frame is backordered for an extraordinary length of time, you will have the choice to reselect an in-stock fabric or frame. Backorders cannot be cancelled, but we will work with you in every way possible to reselect — upon approval from the factory.
