Upon notice of your furniture's arrival, your remaining balance is due in full. No merchandise will be delivered C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery). Our team will contact you to collect payment and schedule your delivery at that time.

Special Orders Policy

What to Expect

Upon notice of the arrival of your furniture, your balance is to be paid in full. We will call you to set up a delivery and collect your balance at that time. No merchandise will be delivered C.O.D.

You must schedule a delivery with our scheduling department within 3 days. The delivery date must be within 10 business days of when the call was made, unless the agent had no available times or scheduling does not permit.

If scheduling within the required timeframe is not possible, the client will be responsible for all storage fees. Storage fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.

We charge our standard delivery rate within our local delivery radius. Deliveries to further distances will be quoted on an individual basis.

If you would like your project delivered in multiple trips, there will be a charge per trip.

Our delivery charge does not include moving existing furniture or disassembly. This will be an additional fee per piece. Our delivery company must be notified upon scheduling if this service is needed.

If the customer is excessively late, refuses delivery of an inspected piece that meets manufacturer's standards, or fails to meet our delivery truck at the scheduled time, a redelivery charge will apply.

Clients are responsible for incorrect address fees. If you have moved, please ensure we have your current and correct delivery address on file before your scheduled delivery.

Clients are responsible for noting any damage on the proof of delivery and notifying Kathy Adams Furniture + Design promptly. Please carefully verify that all items listed have been received before signing.
