Warranty & Service Policies
We stand behind all of our manufacturers' warranties, except in cases where a fabric vendor — other than the furniture vendor — is involved with the merchandise.
In the event your merchandise needs service, please contact our customer service department within 72 hours of delivery. We will schedule our service team as the first solution to bring your furniture up to the manufacturer's standards.
Because of the craftsmanship involved and the natural materials used in the manufacturing process, minor variations will occur from piece to piece. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover such minor differences, or any differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and the furniture which is delivered.
If you experience a manufacturer's problem with your merchandise within 1 year of delivery, notify us promptly and we will provide a free assessment of your merchandise (except sale "as is" merchandise). If our technical experts determine that the product is faulty, we will ensure restoration.
Our skilled technicians and vendor partners can correct most problems that are brought to our attention. Some vendors do require return of merchandise for correction to their factory. Most of our manufacturers will handle the required return and re-installation at no charge.
Replacement is handled at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the right to use authorized local technical experts to handle most repairs.
A Note on Natural Materials
Fine furniture is made by hand using natural materials — wood, fabric, leather, and stone. No two pieces are identical. Small variations in grain, texture, tone, or finish are a hallmark of quality craftsmanship, not a defect. These natural characteristics are not covered under manufacturer warranty and will not qualify for service or replacement.
